We had an incredible time at the Villa. The view was unbelievable and there was enough room for our large family. We felt very welcomed with the nice treat they left and they were sure to walk us through the property. My husband left his watch behind and Petros was nice enough to coordinate sending it back. We would recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area!

Petros was always easy to reach and immediately addressed any problems that arose. The apartments aren't as bright as they look in the photos, and the main road that runs past the house is very busy. But overall, as a large family, we had a great time with the great pool, direct sea access, and magnificent view from the terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped.

Beautiful place for family reunions! Fantastic view! Beautiful pool! Wonderful garden! On the first floor of the villa is a perfectly equipped apartment with 2 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms. On the ground floor there are 3 simple apartments for 3 people each.

The most beautiful stay for my family and I. The villa is dated but very clean. It had such a beautiful cozy feel which made you feel right at home. The owner was lovely and incredible proactive and efficient with any concerns (with an older villa it is not surprising) being met straight away. We loved our early morning swims in the sea and our dinners on the balcony watching the most beautiful su... plus

Great place to stay. The location is very good just off the main road you can easily get most places on this main road. The villa has great views and the secluded beach is ideal for snorkelling. Three tavernas are with easy reach of the villa and we tended to use these mostly during our stay. Petros was very helpful during our stay and organised for one of our family to do the Samaria gorge tr... plus

it's a great villa for a large family or a few families stay. Has everything you need, very responsive, I recommend it!

14 nice days, perfect for families with children. The landlord responded quickly if there were any problems..

Great place with the family of 18 people and children.

Crystal clear water and sea view! Excellent stay for three families and grandparents. Three small apartments on ground floor (one double bedone single bed per appartment, one also with sofa bed). Two doubles and two singles on first floor. All rooms with air condition. The small (rocky) beach right below the house has amazingly clear waters, and the pool was great for our kids (7-11 years.). Staying at Pedros and Katerina’s Airbnb was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us like family, making us feel instantly at home with their warmth and hospitality. The house itself is stunning—beautifully designed and set in a serene, picturesque location that’s perfect for unwinding. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. When min... plus

Amazing place to stay - the private beach and pool were beautiful. Lots of space for all guests to relax comfortably.

We stayed at this villa as a huge company of 10 adults and 6 kids and it was just an amazing experience. Check-in was very smooth and easy, we requested early check in and late check out as we were with lots of kids and it would be very convenient and both of our requests were accepted which made our trip much more relaxed and easier. The itself villa is even prettier than the photos! Absolutely s... plus

We all had a wonderful time on our family vacation. The house was very comfortable and clean. The outdoor spaces of this villa are beautiful beyond words. The owners of the home were very nice and welcoming! Katrina even gifted us a few of her pictures which she painted. There are three tavernas within walking distance. They were also awesome! We definitely recommend this experience! Wish we could... plus

We enjoyed Katrina villa very much! The pool and the easy access to the beach where just what we were looking for!

Fantastisk eiendom med verdens vakreste solnedgang. Kort vei til strender og restauranter.

Offered everything we were looking for! Walking distance to many tavernas, lots of outdoor gathering spaces, 3 apts (2 beds each) and a main house with 4 more bedrooms provided opportunities to recharge energy for introverts. Pool and grounds amazing, and only a few feet to an incredible private beach cove. Management is superior—responsive and flexible! Helped us arrange grocery delivery before w... plus

A great Villa in a very good location, we enjoyed the house , pool and beach. We were a party of 14 and the gang loved this vacation.

We had a super time at Villa Katerina. The gardens and views are superb as are the pool area and having access to the sea at the end of the garden is a bonus . It's proximity to the main road makes it very easy to find and to travel to and fro, and any traffic noise was barely noticeable. The vista from the balcony is magnificent and coupled with the sounds of the sea and cicadas makes the p... plus

We were a group of 12 people spanning 3 generations, celebrating a Golden Wedding anniversary. The villa and location were perfect for our needs and the sun shone all week even though it was the last week in October ! The grandchildren particularly spent a lot of time in the pool and snorkeling from the private beach. The two beachside tavernas, a few minutes walk in either direction, served ... plus

We couldn’t have found a better spot and will definitely return. The house and grounds are spacious, with many lovely areas to seat the whole group. We loved the bbq area and seating and the big balcony has stunning views over the sea and mountains. The beach was clean with crystal clear water and we had other beaches within walking distance. There are three tavernas within a five minute walk along... plus

Great Villa, located on the beach with a choice of two good restaurants and a beach bar. Petros and his Mum were the perfect hosts.

Great place. Everything described was accurate. Very responsive for any issue we had. A very good tavern right next door. Highly recommended

We booked Villa Katerina for a family holiday scheduled for May 2020. This was, of course, subsequently cancelled due to COVID-19. We couldn't make it in 2021 either, for the same reason, so it was wonderful to finally get there in May 2022! There were ten of us in our group, seven adults and three children. Villa Katerina is so spacious that we had lots of room to spread out, but could still g... plus

Very nice place. We had a great week. Beautiful view, lovely garden and own beach. Nice restaurants nearby.

A beautiful, spacious and well equipped villa built in around 2000 with fantastic outside entertaining areas for large group holidays. Ideal for groups of adults wishing for some individual privacy but great to share the pool and large outside dining options. The views over the sea from the terrace are stunning.

A clean modern villa overlooking the sea with plenty of space in the large grounds to relax, swim in the pool or barbecue in the outside kitchen. A few metres from the gardens is a short path to a small pebble beach with crystal clear water to swim and snorkel. The villa is separated into one large apartment in the first floor and three smaller ones at ground level with direct access to the garden... plus

Katerina Villa is in a beautiful spot with breathtaking views of the sea and bay. It is a nice, well designed, and well equipped house. There are two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms in the main part of the house, which is on the first floor. This also has two verandas - a very large one with amazing sea views, with a large table which sits 15, and a smaller one on the south (road) side whi... plus

Manos and team are the best managers of a Villa I’ve stayed in-from booking to checkout, the process was super smooth and excellent. The Villa we stayed in is truly in an excellent location. The nearby beach and restaurants (walking distance) was a great asset, not to mention the private little beach in front! Great for exploring Crete. Katarina has some of her own art in the main house, which is ... plus

Perfect beachfront location. Beautiful, well maintained, large house and property. The only deficit were the very uncomfortable mattresses in the two double rooms in the main house. Perfect for larger groups.

It was just fantastic! I spent with my family a great week! The owner is really nice The house is clean well everything was marvellous

Perfect stay for the entire family Very nice house, spacious, very well taken care off. House gives enough space to give a large group enough space for privacy aswell. House owners went the extra mile to make the stay extra good. Thanks Petros, Katerina.

If you're searching for a large villa that can accommodate a number of families then stop now. Villa Katerina was superb and far better than other reviews or photos suggest. An amazing beach-side location with (practically) you're own private cove (we saw 3 other people there during our 10 day stay), the villa was large, bright and extremely well maintained. With judicious use of extra beds, we... plus

The perfect villa for a family reunion! Our three families with 15 people stayed at this wonderful villa in August 2019 - and it was absolutely the perfect place in every possible way ! This villa is AMAZING, we had one of our best holidays so far. Every detail of the house is taken care of, you can swim in a perfect pool or in the sea by just taking the stairs, you can enjoy the sound of the crickets that make you feel like you’re in wonderland, you can use the bbq and eat outside by watching a beautiful sunset. Plus, both Manos and the house owner are special persons, doing eve... plus

The whole family consisting of 10 adults and 5 grandchildren aged 2 to 11 years thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Crete staying at the Villa Katerina. Eleni, the owner, was waiting to greet us when we arrived in the afternoon and Katerina, after whom the villa is named, came to the villa the next day to help us with any queries and provide high chairs for the 2-year olds. Katerina also came to the... plus

Great place!! Perfect accomodation for a group!! Nice swimming pool, airco, near the beaches, lovely appartments. CreteVillas4u was very, very helpful. I surely recommand this house.

Wonderful location. Beautiful, large property. Large pool (but not appropriate for nonswimmers because 2 meters deep). Taverns in walking distance. Private beach… Everything for a perfect holiday!!!

Everything was perfect

Couldnt wish for a more perfect setting: the sea literally on your doorstep plus great pool; spacious, comfortable villa with flexibility for small or large groups; accommodating, friendly and helpful host; absolutely superb food within walking distance; easy drive to picturesque chania etc etc. Thank you for helping us to share a perfect and highly memorable celebration week.

We had a fantastic week with our 15p family in this gorgeous villa! The view is even better than you see in the pictures, because it's combined with the sound of the waves and the smell of the flowers in the garden... The house and the garden are well maintained and equipped and the welcome was very friendly. The location of the house is very good: about an hour drive from either Chania or H... plus

Amazing! There is always a risk when you book a villa. We are a big group of 16 and we need space for everybody. Everything worked out perfectly for us at villa Katerina. The treatment by Mr. Manos while booking the Villa was exceptional and he has responded to all our special requests by 100 percent.
