Vues sur la mer et le coucher du soleil à la Villa Kimothoe avec piscine privée près de la plage d'Elafonisi

We had such a wonderful stay in Livadia! The house was amazing—beautifully built with stunning stone details that gave it so much charm and character. We especially loved spending time outside on the patio, enjoying meals in the fresh air. Most of our days were spent relaxing by the beautiful pool, which was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Communication was excellent... plus

The accommodation had a very authentic feel, it was spacious enough for all nine of us and offered a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset. We really enjoyed the large terrace where the whole family could sunbathe, swim or just relax.

Great view on the hillside. Exactly at pictures showed.

The staff were so responsive and helpful to us - this definitely stood out, what a lovely pair! The home is beautiful and such a special place.

A lovely place. Spacious and comfortable. Beautiful views down to the sea. Flexible - willing to have someone meet us at 2am to let us in - and always said they were just a call away if we needed anything. You MUST read the instructions BEFORE starting the drive there. We put in the address, thinking we’d check the instructions nearer the place and ended up going down an AWFUL route in the middle ... plus

We had a really great time there and would definitely come back! The house was nice and clean and the location was great too. The view from the house is so beautiful !

Amazing experience all around, Came in late at night and owner helped us out so much. Also the pool was perfect. Would definitely recommend to large groups and or families. If given the chance will book here again.

Einfach fantastisch :-)

The villa is really big and very nice. You could cool down well in the pool and it was cleaned every two days. The communication was great. We were welcomed directly upon arrival at the house. If we had any questions we always got an answer directly and if we needed something (e.g. fresh towels) we got it the next day at the latest. Unfortunately, the dishwasher did not work well, so we had to was... plus

We had a great week in the house in Livadia! Everything was perfect. If there were any questions or problems, Lefteris, the house owner solved it immediatetly. We also loved the bar and the pancakes next to the house! It`s close to Elafonissi beach where we had ur windsurfing lessons every day (Surfisland).
