Located in the peaceful village of Mariou, Serenity Villa offers a luxurious and private escape surrounded by beautiful gardens. It is only a short drive away from vibrant shops, excellent restaurants, and Crete's stunning beaches on the Libyan Sea. This exclusive villa combines comfort and style, ensuring a memorable stay for those seeking tranquility and modern amenities.

The villa comprises 77 sqm of floor space and is intended for 4 guests, assuring comfort many times over as well as style.

In the open plan living space of the Villa, relax and enjoy the Lounge with comfy seating, a built-in fireplace, and a 43 inch smart HDTV with satellite channels. The lounge area is in an open plan layout with the dining space and the kitchen which is compact and fully furnished for serving delicious home cooked food. Range of children’s kitchen appliances like Nespresso, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and blender, make cooking enjoyable.

Serenity Villa is a collection of two elegant double bedrooms with king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and a  terrace offering fabulous views. For your convenience and comfort, the ceiling fan is included in every air-conditioned room. One of the bedrooms has a private entrance, refrigerator and a small working desk. Modern amenities like hairdryers, toiletries, and towels can be found in the bathrooms. There is also a separate WC available across the living room that has a washing machine.

Head outdoors to the villa's lush garden, where you can spend a leisurely afternoon by your private heated pool outdoors-if you don't want to cook up a storm on the built-in BBQ, that is. The outdoors also features a large dining table with seating perfect for an al fresco experience. For the ones who love board games, those are also provided on site.

Upon arrival, a welcome pack is provided, while once a week cleaning service is provided. There is private parking space for your convinience.
