A beautifully furnished villa, consisting of two fully equipped houses. We were a group of 13, including two families, and had a wonderful stay. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. All in all, we highly recommend Manos and the villa.

We had such a wonderful time with our children and our granddaughter. What a nice house. And what a space. I estimate that the property has a volume of around 1,500 m³. Deliciously barbecued. Enjoyed the swimming pools and the pool table. Thank you very much for this nice stay. Regards, the de Zwaan family

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was as described and problem-free. We felt extremely comfortable. It wasn't far from the sea either.

We recently spent 7 wonderful nights at this villa with our large family of 12. We stayed in 2 adjacent villas, each with its own private pool, which worked perfectly for our group. The kids were constantly entertained, either in the pool or playing with the games tables. The pool was cleaned every morning, so it was always ready to enjoy. The WiFi was excellent throughout the property, which was ... more

Very pleasant villa and well located on the island. Its location allows you to visit the west side of the island, as well as the east side. The welcome given by the owner upon our arrival was very pleasant. The tasting of local products and cold drinks were appreciated by the whole family. Shops and restaurants are available not far from the villa, which is a real plus. Please note that the use of... more

We had a wonderful time at the villas. The location is perfect, close to Rethymno, but not in the city where is busy and noisy. Many beautiful beaches are close distance. Great communication with the host.

Villa was beautiful and the hosts were amazing, very attentive check in was simple and will definitely be back, lovely little village with restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy.

This is a fabulous villa. 2 villas in one. Ideal for a couple of families. 2 pools, a lovely barbecue area and 2 big villas.we had 3 young kids who just loved the pools. The local restaurants had amazing food and was not overly expensive. You definitely need a car to get around and the local town of Rethymno has a great beach. Villa Rousa is absolutely beautiful :) From the very first moment, we felt at home. Emmanouil was a fantastic host, always responding promptly and giving wonderful tips for enjoying Crete in all its glory. Once again, a huge thank you to Emmanouil for the wonderful time we had in the villa and on Crete. 10/10 Truly

Family homes that are compliant and ideal for a family weekend, with attentive assistance before and during your stay.

A wonderful villa that we enjoyed eating in and using as a base to tour Rethymnon. Very clean and comfortable.

What an amazing place! So spacious and clean and nice to have all that space. We loved to have so many bathrooms and the 2 kitchens and 2 pools. The outdoor dining are is very nice. The hosts are very attentive and we got a lot of good restaurant recommendations from them. Do not hesitate to book this amazing villa!

Everything was perfect! The host was so nice and welcoming was quick to reply to any questions we had. Air condition in one room broke and it was fixed immediately. The listing matched the description perfectly, and the house is located in a peaceful neighborhood. The property was well-maintained and clean, with the pool being cleaned daily. Communication with the host was excellent; they responded quickly and were very helpful in resolving any concerns. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at these villas! We were 10 friends, a mix of singletons and couples, all in our 50s and 60s and wanting our own private space as well as opportunities to be together. The fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom and private terrace/ balcony therefore worked perfectly for us, as did the two kitchens/ living areas, pool areas etc. It really was perfect for us in every wa... more

Very nice villa. Owner was there with treats and responsive to any of our needs. Of note, there are two separate homes more or less , that are not directly linked-each have own kitchen and own full amenities which worked out well for us! The house (two units) is lovely, spacious, with comfortable beds and bathrooms. We enjoyed the games and pool table and the outdoor BBQ. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. We found that a few things were lacking and the host was very prompt about supplying them. A car is necessary as there is nothing within easy walking distance. There are some good restaurants nearby.

The house was very nice, and so was the garden and pools. It was tidy and clean. When we arrived (late at night) it was water in the fridge, some bread, ham, juice and cheese. It was also some snack for us. The house has two separated appartements, witch was perfect for our group of 10. Manos communicated well with us. We got good information before the arrival, and he answered quickly on my quest... more

We can warmly recommend the houses, very nicely furnished and a cosy atmosphere. Nice outside areas with pools and the barbecue sundeck.

We were twi families. Its perfect. Overlooking olive trees and the sea. Two swimming pools, very spacious, well equipped kitchen. Small things (light bulb, air-con issue, glass that was shuttered in the shower- were immediately fixed. And the cheese and herbs pies in the welcome were perfect…

This is a fabulous place for a large group. plenty of space and lots to do, pool table fussball and other games. Two swimming pools. The villa is in a quiet location but on a bus route and taxis are easily accessible. The host was always available when needed. we enjoyed our stay and wished we had booked for longer.

Beide Villas waren perfect!

If you want a calm and relaxing stay, then this is for you. It's close enough to the beachfront/marina and local supermarkets. The villa has everything needed to stay in and have a good time

We had a nice stay at this place! The owner was always available per text. We arrived a bit early and they were kind enough to show us to a nice cafe to wait until the cleaning was finished. The cleaning service came one more time in our time there (7 days) and they were really nice people as well. Also there was someone coming every now and then to clean the pool and tend to the garden but they w... more

Our family of 9 stayed here for 4 nights and had a fantastic stay! Our host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond our expectations— providing recommendations for restaurants , groceries, and activities. The 2 villas are lovingly maintained and we felt right at home!

We loved staying in that house! The host was very friendly and helpful with everything! We would love to stay there again!

We had a great time - 12 persons plus baby staying in the house. A lot of space, beautiful and comfortable house. Manos and his group are easy to communicate with, responding very quickly, helping with booking etc. 100% recommended

Myself and 11 others stayed a week at Villa Rousa. The stay was perfect and the spacious villa was ideal for our group. The pool table, table football, eating areas and pools allowed the group to relax on the days when we were not out exploring. Day trips to Rethymno and surrounding areas were easy enough by bus and we were able to hire cars. I would recommend this villa and the wonderful 360 degr... more

Me, my family and dearest friends spent 10 days in beautiful Villa Rousa, and we had a great time. Everything about the house was all you could ask for! A really luxurious holiday!

We are a family of 9 and had the best holiday at Villa Rousa. I highly recommend the Villa which was clean and spacious. We spent a day sitting around the villa pool and had a family BBQ that afternoon - was fantastic. Manos and his team could not have been nicer and were so responsive. Great stay. Quiet location but close to Rethymnon. You need a car but great facilities and hospitality from the owner

Villas incroyables vue mer.

Best villa I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect and even more excellent in person than in the photos! 13 of us were more than comfortable for our week-long stay. We will remember the experience for a long time. Vasileios greeted us with Greek bites and shots and was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. He helped with suggestions within the area and was very accommodating.

thank you for the beautiful time. These Villa was amazing and perfect for us.

We had a lovely time in this house, the contact was great and Vasileios was a lovely host. Manos and his team made sure to make us feel right at home in Crete and we would love to come back someday!

The villa is wonderful, inside and out. Easy to find with good roads. Beautifully clean and well presented. We were very well looked after by our hosts with a fantastic welcome and regular check ins throughout our 2 week stay. The pools were cleaned daily and the villa every 4 days or so.
