Description

When you are surrounded by olive groves spending your days and nights in absolute quietness and peace, you do not call it exactly typical. But this is typical Crete.

Villa Erofili is an impressive newly built stone villa situated in Asteri Village, only 14km east of Rethymno. The villa’s beautiful design and layout, combined with the fabulous location offering panoramic views over the mountains, sea, and olive groves, takes you immediately to your happy place.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms suitable for 9 people. The entrance leads to the spacious open plan living/dining area with fireplace, satellite TV and comfortable sitting area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The ground floor also features one bedroom with twin beds and a shower/WC. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor with three more bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom/WC with a hydro-massage bathtub; the other two have twin beds. There is another spacious bathroom with a washing machine and a bathtub on this floor. Each bedroom has a balcony with wonderful views to the sea and mountains.

In addition, the villa has a big beautiful rooftop of 30sq. m., where you can enjoy the magnificent views to the sea, the mountain and the City of Rethymno.

Location

Supermarkets, taverns, tourist shops and coffee shops are within 2km. The sandy beach of Sfakaki is 2.5 km away on the other side of the coastal road. We consider a car to be essential.

Rethymno City is really close. Small but beautiful and authentic in every aspect, Rethymno will give you the chance to come close to the Cretan culture and make you realize why Cretan hospitality is so famous. One thing is for sure: you will be coming back to Rethymno. As a favorite local songwriter put it “Rethymno is not the city you go; it is the city you go back”.

Mooie villa met heerlijk zwembad , grote bbq en prachtig uitzicht! Er werden spontaan heerlijke Griekse hapjes gebracht door de buurvrouw en de villa werd elke drie dagen schoongemaakt . Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar …

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It is beautifully and peacefully located with sweeping views down across the olive groves to the sea. The villa is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay - a well-equipped kitchen, good-sized pool, well-tended garden, lovely terraces, super BBQ area, and a wide selection of outdoor seating options. The cabana is a real treat! Sheets and ... more

We had a great stay. The villa is great and very well equipped for a vacation (pool, BBQ, pizza oven). The host is super responsive and available. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Absolutely amazing, we loved it and would definitely recommend to others and would love to return one day. The views were stunning, coast one side and mountains the other. Well equipped and very comfortable accomodation. Andreas gave us a full tour on meeting us on arrival and very prompt in dealing with any issues we had. Remote enough for peace and quiet, and not overlooked, but only about 15 m... more
