Upon the online check-in the Guest will be asked to provide a Security Deposit Amount as a Security for the Owner/Caretaker of the property that the Guest will comply with all the terms and conditions of his booking.

The Security Deposit will be made via our trusted partner, without debit on the guest’s account. Upon Guest's check-out date, the Owner/Caretaker will inspect and document the condition of the Guests stay at the property and follow one of the bellow two actions. The Security Deposit will be valid for up to 7 days of our Guest’s check out date.

1. If the Tenant has complied with all terms of his booking and returns the property to the Owner/Caretaker in the same good condition as when the Guest moved into the property, the Owner/Caretaker will inform CreteVillas4U and the security deposit will be released.
2. In the case of damages caused by the Guest while staying in the property, The Owner/Caretaker may use the Security Deposit to pay for damages.

If the Guest breaks or otherwise violates his booking prior to the official check-out date, the Owner/Caretaker may be able to keep all or part of this Security Deposit to cover unpaid rent.

• The heated pool service must be requested at least 3 days in advance.
• Please note that the temperature of the heated pool can raise approximately 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.

From 1st January 2024 there is a new "environmental fee" that must be paid cash to the villa owner upon arrival. The fee is as follows:

• From November to February: 0 € per night
• From March to October: 0 € per night

• Usage of the ground of the villa, electric, water etc
• Removal of sunbeds, umbrellas etc in the area of the party or ceremony
• Cleaning person for the toilets for 3-4 hours
• Day-after cleaning of the villa
• Day-after repositioning of all sunbeds etc
