Neugebaute Villa Iakinthos direkt am Strand im Süden von Rethymnon

Maria is very, very nice! Takes care of everything straight away!

The accommodation is just 10 meters from the beach, is very clean, and has a pool and a well-maintained garden. The three double bedrooms all had their own bathrooms. On the ground floor, there was a spacious living/dining room with a kitchen. The host, Maria, was very proactive and accommodating. A flexible check-in allowed us to check out early in the morning and check in the evening. Everything...

Maria was very nice and helpful, accommodation very good in a quiet location

Villa Lakinthos exceeded all of our expectations! I have stayed in numerous villas over the years, and you usually have to compromise on something, but not with this accommodation; it had everything! The location was literally a stone's throw from the beach, with numerous beach bars and restaurants nearby. The main town was just an 8-minute walk away, featuring fantastic restaurants, shops, and su... Mehr

Very beautiful house, perfectly maintained and in excellent condition. Warm welcome and very easy contact with Maria, who was flexible and gave us many recommendations. The house is spacious, very well located and very quiet, and opposite the most beautiful beach in Plakias, not overlooked. Very pleasant swimming pool.

We were guests with friends and felt very comfortable throughout. Special mention must go to Maria; her care and support were invaluable, thank you again for that. The daily pool service and the one-time cleaning service per week were also excellent.

A very nice house right on the beach in Plakias, just a quiet road to cross, no problem even for children. Everything was very clean, well-organized, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Maria on site was very friendly and gave us some great tips. Thanks again for the flexibility with check-in. I have no complaints.

Anbefales.

Absolutely fabulous villa, Maria our host could not have been more helpful and engaged, generally delightful. The location is amazing, we hired a car for a few days to explore further but there is plenty in and around Plakias if you don't fancy the narrow roads; boat trips, travel agent for tours, diving school. Easy walk to tavernas and supermarket and great walks along the lower cliff path. Will... Mehr

From the moment Maria met us for check in, we knew we were going to have a fabulous time. She was very engaging and answered all of our questions. This home is not only beautiful, it has the perfect location, steps away from a beautiful beach, shops, and tavernas. Well furnished w a thoughtful welcome basket. It was spotless! This is a spacious, modern and well equipped villa. Spotless and very good WiFi. Comfortable beds and each bedroom with its own bathroom. Private terrace off the master room and very close to the beach. Some nearby bars and the main town area is easily walkable. Very responsive host and great vfm. We had a car and used it to explore the island, but there is a lot to do and see in the local area. W... Mehr

nichts zu beanstanden

Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen in ausgesprochen guter Lage.

Very nice house, well situated close to the beach Maria was a wonderfull guest, giving us advices The services wer eperfect ( cleanliness, mid week cleaning, welcome gifts) Highly recommended!!!

Villa Iakinthos in Plakias is an absolute gem. It's one of the only houses across the beach that also has a pool and sea view from the garden. The house has all amenities you could ask for and is very clean. Manos was very proactive prior to our arrival and was flexible when our flight time changed. Maria, who welcomed us at the house, was very friendly and explained everything and checked in duri... Mehr

Location was excellent and main asset. Clean home. Host was kind and responsive.

Amazing villa. We could not have asked for more. The swimming pool was lovely and the view from the bedroom and balcony was stunning. Perfect location with a short walk to the main part of the village. Loved it and will be back!!

We stayed in this beautiful Villa with 4 teenage sons. The Villa was absolutely perfect I couldn’t fault anything. It had everything you needed. The communication was perfect, location absolutely perfect , it was right by the beach and next to a fabulous Taverna. We would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Manos. The villa is located very close to the beach in a quiet location of Plakias. We found everything we need to have a relaxing journey at Plakias. The tavern next door is also excellent. The whole family recommends the house.

Very nice holiday house for families close to the beach. Perfect service and help from Chris. We had a lovely stay and certainly one of our best holidays in Europe. We’ll definitely return to Crete!

Perfect

What you see is what you get......... From the moment we booked the villa through to our time staying there everything has been perfect. Manos and his team have been a pleasure to deal with, answering any questions we had promptly and sorting out our special requests. We were met at the villa by Penny who showed us around and made sure we were happy with how everything worked before she left... Mehr

Excellently located villa We enjoyed this villa for a month. It is great having the option of the pool or simply walking to the beach for a swim which is only a minutes walk away. All the rooms are of a high standard as is the kitchen. We liked how quiet the area was as well as being able to walk easily into the village for shopping or Taverna’s.
