We had a group of 9 adults and 2 kids and the villa was perfect for everyone. The villa was clean and easy to find, and included extras we didn’t even think about such as pool towels. Babis and Manos could not be more helpful and welcoming if they tried. They are very quick to respond and provided a very detailed guide with everything you need to know The whole group enjoyed the holiday, no compla... Mehr

Thank you for the amazing house. The perfect choice for private accomodation. Peaceful neighbourhood, beautiful view. Manos and his crew were frendly and helpful and made our stay comfortable. High recommendations!

The villa is absolutely perfect for groups, with various common areas (living room, dining area, terrace, pool) that are all centrally located, and at the same time you have enough opportunities to withdraw. The pool area is fantastic (extremely well maintained) and the view is amazing (view of the sea AND the mountains). You can quickly get to the beach (recommendation: "Vanilla Sfakaki Beach Bar... A wonderful place to end our season in Crete. You immediately feel welcome and were warmly welcomed by Babis and his mother. All sorts of goodies were ready, and while the house was being cleaned further, we were allowed to relax by the pool (we arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time). There are some delicious restaurants nearby, and the kitchen is also more than equipped for cooking. Th... Mehr

A very beautiful, spacious house with a fantastic pool and plenty of opportunities to spend time outdoors. Babis gave us a warm welcome and was always available for tips and questions, making him a fantastic host.

The villa is located in a secluded and rural location, but still a 5-minute drive from the nearest town where there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, taverns, restaurants, bakeries and more. The villa itself is very pleasant, with a lovely pool and a well-kept garden. There is everything you need for an efficient and pleasant stay. The most important thing is the pleasant and friendly host - Babis. We... Mehr

Thank you for your welcome and your availability.

Great host, very friendly local owner / manager (and his lovely mum). Incredibly welcoming. Beautiful place to stay in.

Lovely house in quiet surroundings. Super nice outdoor area with space for cozying up, playing and relaxing. Views of the sea and the mountains. Beautiful garden, lovely barbecue area, lovely sun loungers, basketball and table tennis. We really have to highlight Babis and his mother (the owners of the house). Babis was available during our stay and was very helpful with everything that needed to b... Mehr

It was just perfect!

Great spot to explore Crete. Lovely set up to return to after fun days out. Extra touch was kitchen stocked with food and drinks for us when we arrived.

We had a great week in the villa. We especially liked the outdoor area with the huge pool, basketball hoop and barbecue area.

Lovely villa with great views of the mountains, olive groves and sea. Pool area great for relaxing and sunbathing surrounded by a well tended garden. As the villa is on several levels there are a lot of steps that are not ideal for younger toddlers and the pool shallow end would be too deep for children under 1m tall. That said we had a lovely stay with 2 children under 4 years, just had to be car...

We are a family of 3 generations, aged from 14 to 71. Everyone had a wonderful time. It was very hot indeed during our stay but the air conditioned bedrooms and the beautiful pool saved us! The villa, apartment, pool and grounds are all spotless and very well equipped. Note: you have to drive everywhere but there are a couple of beach side restaurants within a couple of miles. Amazing sunsets and ...

Excellent location, very friendly welcome. Our communication was not directly with Manos but rather with Babis and his step father. Both were very friendly and attentive to our queries. Since there were twelve of us (6 adults and 6 children) we have occupied both the main house and the apartment below; there was ample space for all of us. The kitchen is well equipped, and the pool attractive in sp... Mehr

A great accommodation for groups up to 12-13 people. The house has all the desired amenities. The view is phenomenal. Swimming pool and other outdoor facilities are fine. The cytrus fruits from our own garden: delicious. The house is a bit outside, so enthusiastic youth will not cause any nuisance to the environment. Rethymnon can be reached within fifteen minutes by car.

This is a great villa - the pool is large, the view is beautiful and it is well equipped. Communication was good throughout.

We spent 11 days in the villa in August with 10 people from two families and we absolutely loved it and really the pictures dont quite do it justice. The villa is very large with lots of grounds around it so you never feel on top of each other and the various seating areas are great in particular the main, large balcony with views over the pool & gardens, the mountains in one direction and the... You can have holiday just for you and your family/friends. There is lots of space int house and the yard. You are in few minutes in the supermarket by car. And it is equally close to Chania and Heraklion. Our hosts were very friendly! Maybe with this price the kitchen should have more equipment's like a toaster or plastic box for food.

We were a group of 12 young adults (28–33), and we had the best time in the villa. We really enjoyed both the beautiful pool and the basket ball court. We also took great advantage of the barbeque facility. I would strongly recommend renting cars if you are staying at this villa. We had three cars, and we got to see a lot of the island. Rethymno old village and the beach is for instance just a sho... Mehr

Really lovely villa in a quite and private location, Babis the owner is so friendly and helpful, had fridges stocked with water and soft drinks and fresh local fruit on our arrival and he is available for you 24/7! The villa does need a little freshen up in the annex for example but wasn’t really an issue. You will need a car as the best restaurants are 15 mins drive away in Rethmyno, but there is... Mehr

The house is very well equipped and totally met our needs. We were three families with six children. All the children slept in one room on the ground floor and the three parents slept in the three rooms on the upper floor. We did not use the basement apartment because we all wanted to spend time together in the house. The pool is nice and big and up to 2.80m deep, unfortunately, it was a bit cold ... Mehr

Really easy communication and booking. The villa has a lovely big pool and a great basketball pitch. I would say you definitely need a car, we had one and used it every day. The local restaurant Romeo and Juliet is fab and the beat meals we had.

Villa Anna was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. The villa comfortably accommodated 8 adults and 5 children. The grounds were immaculate with beautiful fig trees at the front and lime trees at the back. The pool area was also excellent for our family as was the kids play area and BBQ area. The villa was also safely enclosed with an electric gate entrance system. The Wi-fi was strong throu... Mehr

We enjoyed our stay very much. Menios and Nikos were very helpful. The villa is a bit far from the center but in another hand offered us lot of intimacy. The extra beds were not confortable at all. To finish it will be good to renew some kitchen tools. Despite this we recommend this beautiful villa.

We had a very pleasant journey. Villa Anna is a beautiful place to stay. You have everything you need there. The Pool is amazing and the surroundings a great. Everything is clean an the garden has more to offer than you can wish for. The place is very private, but not far away from Rethymno and the beach. The Host is very nice and friendly, you can call him whenever you need something and he will ... Mehr

Tolles Haus!

This has been the perfect family villa!!! The villa has been designed and built to a very high standard. It was very clean when we arrived. We were given a warm welcome with lovely cakes. The location and surrounding gardens of the villa gave a perfect setting for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Fantastic holiday, superb villa and pool and very friendly people. Can't wait to came back!

We spent beautiful ten days in August at the villa with our kids and grandkids. It was a really nice experience. The villa is very comfortable and clean. There is everything for your comfort there. Spacious kitchen with all necessary appliances, cookware, tableware, B&Q outside. Big corner sofa to relax, dining area inside and at the balcony where we enjoyed having dinner together. Swimming ... Enjoyed a very relaxing week in early June2019 with family. We took top 2/3 of villa being only five of us and had LOTS of room - loved the wrap round balconies. Villa has virtually everything, although a couple of bicycles would have been useful as the villa is quite a walk from anywhere, especially in the heat! Car I think is essential! Villa is surrounded by olive trees and narrow lanes lea... Mehr

We actually did except on the 1st day when we were worrying about the reservations Then everything went right, we loved the place Menios prooved very nice and helpful, the whole family did appreciate and our holidays will remain a fantastic experience

Merci.

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) stayed at Villa Anna in July 2018. It was one of the best of our experiences in renting. Manos and his team are super helpful in explaining all the details about villa and surroundings and their help is of great value in planning the trip. Mr. Terry and Anna are great hosts and their hospitality is amazing. The villa is clean, spacious and with a lot of... Mehr

It was e wonderfull house. All the facilities were there. Enough space in the bedrooms, enough closets, enough space to store your stuff. The house is good situated, near a small village with some good restaurants and the beach is only 7km away. We were ther at the end of Octobre. The weather was nice, only the swimming pool was a little bit cold. That was a pity.

A fantastic villa for families or large groups. We stayed here with 8 adults and 2 babies and had a brilliant time. Large enough to hold all of us comfortably inside and for meals and the pool was gorgeous - great space for chilling and entertaining the little ones. The studio room downstairs is all self contained so was great for the baby which wasn't sleeping that well (didn't keep us all up ups... Mehr

A beautiful villa and great for our party of 9 people plus 2 babies. We had terrible weather (first time it has rained in 7 months- unlucky!!) so spent a lot of time indoors in the villa which was comfy and spacious for us all. The one sunny day we spent by the pool which was beautiful. Perfect for families or large groups. Manos 's restaurant and sightseeing activities were all spot on - do trust... Mehr

Nice place with great pool. There was no cleaning of house or change of sheets during the week we stayed there, eventhough we said so when we rented it. Problems with doorhandels falling of, which owner tried to fix, without succes.

This is an excellent villa 15 minutes walk from Asteri, a tiny village. It is very remote so prepare yourself for that. The accommodation in the main house is very good. It is a lovely modern house. Sheet/Towel changes are very good although i would recommend a more thorough clean once in the two weeks (floors brushed and mopped/toilets cleaned etc). The accommodation in the apartment is very ... Mehr

It is a lovely villa and most suitable for a family holiday especially for a large family! Great also for children and the swimming pool is excellent and is cleaned regularly. The gardens also lovely with citrus trees and vine. Good place to explore the west of Crete.

Fantastic house in a quiet neighbourhood, amazing view from the terrasse. Very friendly and nice hosts that made us feel very welcome. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. A car is a must. Will highly recommend this place. (Posted on AirBnB)

Stay at Villa Anna was really great pleasure for every member of our big company (10 people). The most of all children and adults enjoyed swimming pool. It’s very big. The house keepers met us in very warm way and explained everything we needed to know. During the stay they took great care of us (changing towels and linen), letting us to know in advance time they will come. Villa itself is modern ... Mehr

We booked this fantastic villa for two weeks in August. We were two families of four with teenagers, and everybody simply loved it there ! First, the owners welcomed us so warmly, even if our plane was delayed and we arrived a bit late at night : they were waiting for us with fresh fruits and fruit juices ! We found the villa quite easily thanks to the indications we had been given, although it mi... Mehr

We stayed in this absolutely beautiful villa for a special occasion. There was 9 of us and there was plenty of room for all.
